Cancellations and Service Fees

If you change your mind after your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of your order to request a cancellation.

Before processing: If the order has not yet been processed by our team, LumeaGlow Beauty will issue a full refund.
After processing: If the order has already been processed or prepared by our logistics centre at the time of your request, a £5 service fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

LumeaGlow Beauty will cover the cost of a refund or reshipment at no additional charge to you.
Visual Proof: A photo or video of the damaged item will be required to process your request.
Returns: If a return is necessary for a defective item, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Mandatory Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original "as new" condition. It must be unopened, in its original packaging, and show no signs of use (due to hygiene and safety standards for skincare products).
Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a change of mind, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Liability and Logistics

Once packages are handed over to the carriers, logistics management becomes their responsibility. LumeaGlow Beauty cannot be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by delivery companies. In the event of a logistical dispute, we invite you to contact the carrier's customer service directly, though we remain available to assist you in your efforts.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

LumeaGlow Beauty offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. However, this guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

Damage caused by the user after using the product.
Delivery refused by the customer upon arrival.
Issues related exclusively to delays or losses caused by the transport company.
