At LumeaGlow Beauty, we are committed to ensuring a clear, secure, and fair legal framework for all our customers. This section details the legal and commercial guarantees, your rights, and our procedures in the event of a dispute or special request regarding the LumeaGlow Peel Skin.
Article 1 - Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, valid for two years from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable European legislation.

This guarantee protects against any lack of conformity or latent defect preventing the normal use of the product.

It specifically covers any technical defect or significant discrepancy compared to the product description.

The customer must inform our customer service of any defect within a reasonable time after discovery, providing a description of the problem and attaching photos.

Concrete example: If your bottle arrives with a pump defect or a broken seal, contact our customer service to arrange an exchange.
Article 2 - Proper Use of the Product
The warranty applies only to the compliant use of the LumeaGlow Peel Skin:

Strict adherence to the provided instructions, particularly the weekly usage frequency (2 to 3 times per week maximum).

No use under extreme conditions or with unintended accessories.

No modification or attempted repair of the packaging by an unauthorized person.

Note: In the event of damage caused by misuse (e.g., irritation caused by daily application contrary to instructions), neither an exchange nor a refund will be granted.
Article 3 - Shipping Delays, Loss, or Damage

In the event of a significant delay beyond the estimated 7 to 15 working days, please contact our customer service to open a claim.

In the case of a package lost or damaged before delivery, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Liability: Before confirmed delivery, liability lies with the seller. After delivery confirmation, liability transfers to the customer. Theft occurring after confirmed delivery is not covered.
Article 4 - Disputes, Fraud, and Payment Security

All transactions are secured via certified providers.

In the event of a payment dispute ("chargeback") or suspicion of fraud, you must report the issue immediately to your bank and our customer service.
Article 5 - Product Compatibility and Technical Support

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the product's compatibility with their skin type prior to purchase.

The LumeaGlow Peel Skin is formulated to suit all skin types, including sensitive skin, but a localized "patch test" is recommended.
Article 6 - Abuse of the Right of Withdrawal

We reserve the right to refuse returns for products that have been manifestly used, opened, or whose original packaging is damaged.

Any attempt at a fraudulent return may result in the refusal of a refund and the return of the product at your expense.

Legal Reminder (Blackmail & Extortion): Under applicable criminal laws, blackmail and extortion are serious offenses punishable by imprisonment and heavy fines.

All exchanges with our customer service team may be recorded and forwarded to our legal team in the event of threats, harassment, or attempted extortion.
